Step 1 – Design Call

We set up an online call with you to discuss what elements/colours you want in your business card. If you have no idea, no problem. We can suggest some designs to help you decide.

Step 2 – Draft Design

When we have a better idea of what you want, we will create a draft design for your comment.

Step 3 – Final Design

Once we have a final draft we can work with you on design tweaks until you are happy with the it.

Free Hosting

If you prefer not to take a support package we can make changes as you need them and charge for our time. Our hourly rate is £60 with a minimum charge of £20. The sort of tasks that can be done for £20 include an annual price list update of 10 items, change a few images or update some page text.

Web Design Six Step Approach

Step 1 – No Obligation Consultation

We will understand your requirements and discuss the available options.

Step 2 – Package Selection

We offer four standard packages, with the flexibility to customise a package to meet your unique needs.

Step 3 – Planning Meeting

We will arrange a meeting to further discuss your specific requirements. During this meeting, we will address layout, pages, content, and visual assets. Should you require a logo, then we can help. Details of our logo design service here. Following the meeting an invoice will be sent for 50% of the agreed scope of work. On receipt of payment we will move to Step 4.

Step 4 – Draft Design

Based on the agreed scope of work we will create a draft design for your review. Final adjustments will be made to the draft website before launching it for public access. Prior to the site going live an invoice will be sent for the balance due. On receipt of payment the draft website will be set to live.

Step 5 – Sign up to Hosting Provider

To set your website live we need you to sign up to a hosting company that supports WordPress. We will do this with you at IONOS. The largest hosting company in Europe. Their UK datacentre where your website would be hosted is powered by renewable energy. This will incur a monthly charge from IONOS of £6 per month in addition to the web design package charge. If you have registered your domain name already, IONOS charge £12 for the transfer.
